• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales in Dubai.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads for off-plan projects.
• Present new launches and developer projects to clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct meetings, calls, and follow-ups with potential buyers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.
• Coordinate with developers, marketing, and internal teams.
• Update CRM with accurate client data and follow-up status.
• Stay updated on market trends, prices, and payment plans.

Skills

Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales in Dubai

Strong knowledge of off-plan projects and payment plans
