Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HR administration and payroll experience, preferably in UAE.
• Proven experience in recruitment coordination and EOR management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in HRIS and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle documentation including contracts and visas.
• Oversee internal payroll coordination for UAE entities.
• Coordinate with EOR provider for employee lifecycle management.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and middle management roles.
• Assist in compensation and benefits administration and performance management.
