• Experience in event management.
• Community management experience in UAE is a plus.

• Strong communication skills; ability to warm up the chat and engage people.

Responsibilities

• Organize weekly events every Saturday with full ownership from concept to execution.
• Search and recruit speakers from within the community.
• Manage and grow our WhatsApp community of 1,150+ members.
• Drive engagement: daily warm-up, content suggestions, prompts, discussions.
• Post event announcements, updates, expert materials, and analytics.
• Collaborate closely with the SMM team to promote events.
• Be present at events and actively interact with the community.
• Bring new members to the community and drive overall growth & loyalty.
