Job summary

A multinational technology firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Test Lead to develop comprehensive test strategies and ensure the quality of software deliverables. The ideal candidate will lead QA efforts across multiple projects, mentor QA engineers, and implement process improvements in testing methodologies. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, both manual and automated.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing scope and objectives.
• Lead the creation and execution of automated test scripts.
