Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Proven UAE authority approval experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of DM, DCD, DDA, TECOM & Trakhees procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit drawings to UAE authorities.
• Handle authority approvals with Dubai Municipality and others.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and standards.
