Key Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership
• Define and execute long term vision and roadmap for the business, aligned to company objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities in Solid state transformers, BESS, and grid connected convertors.
• Build strategic partnerships with customers, suppliers and academic/industry collaborators.
• Technology and Product development ownership
• Lead, along with stakeholders’ development of cutting-edge power electronics architecture (DAB, CHB, NPC and resonant DCX etc)
• Guide innovation in control, communications, and protection systems for high reliability operation.
• Ensure compliance with IEC/UL and industry standards.
• Business and financial inputs
• Provide input into pricing, market entry and scaling strategies.
• Mentor team members in fostering technical excellence and growth.
• Drive innovation and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Power Electronics
• Proven record in scaling large R&D and Product commercialisation in grid or industry applications
• Strong business acumen and customer engagement
• Advanced degree in Engineering PhD/MSc in Electrical Engineering
• Advanced leadership and communication skills, and stakeholder management
