A leading satellite manufacturing company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead and develop manufacturing processes for advanced aerospace designs. This role is pivotal in ensuring all engineering requirements are met, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, particularly within aerospace, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing environments, preferably aerospace or high-tech electronics.
• Experience in leading manufacturing teams covering ME, TE, MGSE, and EGSE.
• Strong understanding of DFX and design-to-manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a manufacturing team covering all engineering aspects.
• Ensure implementation of engineering requirements into actionable manufacturing items.
• Oversee MGSE and EGSE development for testing validation.
