Liberate is a real estate brokerage startup studio, founded by Abdullah Alajaji (founder of Driven Properties, Lamar Development, Refine, houza), JP Mondalek (ex Uber, dubizzle/OLX, Amazon, houza), Sebasatian Ritter (ex dubizzle, houza), and Alex Hutley (ex dubizzle/OLX, Shedd). Liberate is re‑imagining how real estate brokerages are built, scaled, and operated. We partner with top‑performing agents and give them the systems, brand, technology, and leverage to build their own independent brokerages and teams without the legacy baggage of traditional firms; all while پانچ having access to one of the most successful brokerages (Driven Properties) for developer access, agent collaboration, and support. Our long‑term ambition is to build The Liberate Guild: the most successful, collaborative portfolio of independent boutique real estate brokerages in the UAE. This role sits at the center of that mission.
We’re hiring a Director to lead Liberate’s Partner and Agent Acquisition Program. This is not a “manage inbound leads” role. This is a builder‑seller role for a senior B2B sales operator who can design the sales motion, execute relentlessly, and scale it into an engine. Your objective is simple but ambitious: Identify, engage, and convert the top‑producing real estate agents in the UAE who have the ambition to build their own brokerage and teams.
Your KPI is to sign 1 new Liberate Partner per month (target: 10‑12 per year)
