Job description

The Sales Director is responsible to achieve and exceed the sales revenue targets as per business plan and comply on the entire sales process flow in terms of strategy, prospect management and closing of deals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide inputs to Commercial Director and propose sales plans, targets, process flows and timelines for local and international sales.
  • Ensure sales target achievement as per business plan and monitor pipeline.
  • Understand market pulse to establish and achieve benchmarks in order achieve / overachieve the set targets.
  • Research on the competitor activities in the region, their marketing initiatives, positioning, media presence, etc.
  • Deploy the right strategy together with Commercial Director and participate for the launches and events.
  • Lead the negotiation process with the customers from the initial discussion till the closing of the transaction and report it internally to the relevant teams for their process.
  • Develop alternative revenue streams to maximize sales by initiating new ideas and identifies new business opportunities.
  • Provide timely feedback to the Commercial Director on sales revenue and performance of sales programs.
  • Prepare lead reports and MIS on monthly basis.
  • Review and verify all documents related to sales agreement and ensure no mistakes or errors prior signing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or economics
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Minimum 7 years of direct (local and/or global) strategic sales or business development experience in real estate or financing sector
  • Proven ability to pursue and close complex international land sales or any real estate transactions in a highly competitive environment
  • Experience and familiar with real estate industry
  • Experience writing proposals for land sales
  • Strong network in the UAE market
