Job summary

A transportation authority in Dubai is looking for a Digital Services Development Specialist to support the design, development, and enhancement of digital services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and at least 5 years of experience in digital services development. Proficiency in Maximo and system integration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital services development, IT systems, or digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance indicators for digital systems and services.
• Coordinate digital service development projects, including requirements definition and execution tracking.
• Prepare monthly performance and progress reports covering workflow, costs, risks, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with RTA governance frameworks and information security policies.
• Support system integration, upgrades, and enhancements across digital platforms.
• Manage contracts and invoices using the Maximo system.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to digital services.
• Report and follow up on information security incidents in line with policies.
