Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven DigitalMarketing Manager to lead all digital acquisition and paid media efforts withinthe Dubai real estate market. This role is ideal for a hands-on media buyerwith strong experience driving qualified investor leads, optimising CPA, andmaximising ROI across paid platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Media Buying (Core Focus)

  • Plan, execute, and manage PPCcampaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing channels
  • Lead paid social media buying onMeta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn
  • Optimise campaigns to improve leadquality, CPA, and ROAS
  • Continuously A/B test creatives,audiences, funnels, and landing pages to maximise conversion rates
  • Develop and own the overalldigital marketing strategy, aligned with sales targets and exclusiveproperty inventory
  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEOto rank for high-intent real estate keywords
  • Manage and optimise the companywebsite for performance, UX, and lead conversion
  • Track and analyse performanceusing Google Analytics 4, Meta dashboards, and CRM reports
  • Deliver clear, data-led reportswith actionable insights for campaign optimisation
  • Ensure seamless integrationbetween marketing platforms and CRM systems for efficient lead handover tosales

4. Content & Creative Oversight

  • Work closely with designers,videographers, and external vendors to ensure all creatives are performance-optimised
  • Maintain a luxury, premium brandtone across all digital assets
