We are looking for a Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. This is a full‑time position and we are offering accommodation and visa sponsorship. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital community management, as well as fluency in English. We welcome applicants of all nationalities.
As the Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing online communities on social media platforms and other digital channels. You will need to engage with users, create content, provide customer support, and respond to messages and comments. You will also be responsible for monitoring user activity across all channels to identify areas of improvement. Additionally, you will analyze data from different sources to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
