Job Title: Design Engineer Infrastructure and Housing

The Design Engineer Infrastructure and Housing plays a vital role in the planning design and development of housing and infrastructure projects within the Housing & Infrastructure Portfolio. This position is central to transforming conceptual project requirements into practical and efficient technical design solutions that support the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure.

The role focuses on the detailed development of engineering designs that align with project objectives technical specifications and applicable codes and standards. The Design Engineer ensures that all design outputs are not only functional and cost-effective but also compliant with industry regulations and best practices.

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects planners and other engineers the Design Engineer translates project visions into detailed drawings technical documentation and design models. This includes contributing to feasibility studies design reviews and value engineering efforts to optimize performance sustainability and cost-efficiency.

By providing expert input during the design phase and maintaining a strong understanding of both technical requirements and project goals the Design Engineer supports the timely and successful execution of infrastructure and housing initiatives across the portfolio.
