Overview

Collect food orders from designated outlets and deliver them to customers within the required time frame. Operate the delivery bike safely and follow all traffic rules. Use GPS / maps to plan routes and ensure on-time delivery. Maintain clear communication with customers and outlet staff to resolve any issues. Verify orders before dispatch and maintain delivery records. Meet performance criteria: 6 days per week, 10 hours per day, max 1 order rejection per day, max 2 leave applications per month.

• Basic English & Hindi required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Physically fit to lift / carry orders and ride for long hours.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• New arrivals / freshers must obtain a valid INDIAN Bike Driving License; salary starts only after joining and obtaining the license.
