Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Delivery & Aggregator Performance Manager to lead and manage our relationships with key food delivery aggregator platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Zomato, and Uber Eats. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operational execution, optimizing platform performance, and aligning marketing efforts to maximize brand presence and sales through these channels.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills, a keen eye for operational detail, and a solid understanding of digital marketing within the food delivery ecosystem.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
Aggregator Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with aggregator platforms to foster collaboration and growth.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and aggregator partners to resolve issues promptly and ensure seamless communication.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics including sales volume, order accuracy, and customer ratings.
• Conduct regular business reviews with aggregator partners to discuss performance, align on goals, and identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contract renewals, and commissions in line with business objectives.
Delivery Platform Oversight
• Oversee onboarding and listing processes on all third-party delivery platforms, ensuring menus, pricing, and imagery are accurate and updated timely.
• Collaborate with internal teams (kitchen, operations, IT) to support smooth delivery operations and resolve any issues.
• Monitor platform uptime, order fulfillment issues, and customer feedback to proactively address delivery challenges.
• Ensure brand representation, user experience, and consistency across all platforms.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time, order volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and adjust marketing strategies using analytical software and dashboards to optimize delivery platform performance.
Marketing & Brand Alignment on Aggregators
• Partner with aggregator marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns aligned with the brand’s positioning and strategic goals.
• Manage aggregator marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within allocated resources.
• Review and approve all marketing content and promotions on aggregator platforms to maintain brand consistency.
• Analyze the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives and recommend optimization strategies.
• Coordinate closely with internal marketing teams to synchronize aggregator promotions with overall brand campaigns.
• Conduct delivery-related market research, stay updated on industry trends, and recommend innovative marketing strategies tailored for delivery channels.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in food delivery operations, platform management, or partnership management within the F&B or retail sector.
• Proven track record managing relationships with third-party platforms or aggregators.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and performance measurement is a plus.
• Familiarity with food delivery platforms and their operational challenges preferred.
