Job description

Core Skills we are looking for (Must‑Have)

Strong hands‑on experience in databaserising, data modelling, and data architecture. Ability to convert BRDs into secure, scalable, and high‑performance database structures.

Expertise in creating ERDs, logical & physical schemas, and end‑to‑end data documentation.

Proficiency with industry‑standard database modelling tools.

Solid understanding of normalization, indexing strategies, constraints, and atomicity.

Strong focus on database integrity, optimisation, and performance tuning.

Knowledge of data security practices, access controls, and compliance‑driven DB design.

Ability to collaborate with architects, analysts, and development teams to align DB structure with solution design.

Ensure database solutions support scalability, reliability, availability, and future growth.

Prepared / Good to Have

Experience working with cloud databaase platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Exposure to designing DBs for high‑volume enterprise applications.

Familiarity with data lifecycle management, governance, and architecture reviews.
