You’ll handle day-to-day data processing while supporting administrative tasks that keep our remote operations organized and accurate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, clear checklists, and high attention to detail. Own daily data intake and processing tasks while supporting admin workflows that keep operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do
  • Process incoming forms/files and enter data into trackers and systems
  • Validate entries for accuracy, completeness, and formatting standards
  • Maintain organized digital records and version control
  • Support admin requests (scheduling, follow-ups, document prep)
  • Provide quick status updates and elevate exceptions
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, spreadsheet confidence, reliable communication.
Requirements
  • Process incoming records and update internal trackers and systems
  • Verify accuracy, correct formatting, and flag missing details
  • Maintain clean file structures and documentation for each task batch
  • Support administrative requests (document prep, follow-ups, status updates)
  • Follow SOPs and meet turnaround times
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and email
  • Ability to follow written instructions and work independently
  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Prior admin/data entry experience is a plus (not required)
