You will manage HR data assets, set data standards, and ensure data quality across various systems. Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM data model, configuration, and data flows.
  • Hands-on experience in data quality management, profiling, and validation techniques.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting validation.
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data rules and controls.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the owner and steward of HR data assets including employee, recruitment, talent, job, position, and organizational datasets.
  • Define, maintain, and enforce HR data standards, data definitions, business rules, and taxonomies.
  • Design and implement data quality frameworks covering completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and validity.
  • Identify, define, and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) within HR datasets.
  • Lead data cleansing and remediation programs, including root cause analysis and preventive controls.
  • Partner with HR Operations and System teams to ensure correct data capture at source and process adherence.
  • Define and implement data validation controls within Oracle Fusion and downstream HR, BI, and AI platforms.
  • Maintain data issue logs, remediation trackers, SLAs, and governance escalation mechanisms.
  • Support data migrations, integrations, and transformations related to HR data.
  • Participate in internal/external audits, regulatory validations, and compliance activities.
  • Develop and deliver HR data governance training and user enablement programs.
  • Provide input into enterprise data strategy, master data management, and analytics initiatives.
