The Data Entry Processor plays an essential role in ensuring data quality, operational accuracy, and process efficiency, supporting teams across operations, administration, customer service, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, enter, and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal platforms
• Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to submission
• Identify, correct, and flag discrepancies or errors according to established procedures
• Organize and categorize information following defined data standards and workflows
• Handle high‑volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive information
• Generate basic data reports or summaries when required
• Collaborate with remote team members to meet turnaround times and quality benchmarks
• Follow documented processes, quality controls, and productivity guidelines

Required Qualifications
