Job summary

A leading solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a Customer Success Representative to build strong client relationships and support customer success with compliance technologies. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, knowledge of KYC and AML procedures, and strong communication skills. You'll oversee client onboarding, handle queries, and collaborate closely with Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support within RegTech, Compliance, or ID Verification.
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML, fraud detection, compliance regulations, and ID verification processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Assist in onboarding and training clients on RegTech & IDV solutions.
  • Monitor customer usage and proactively support adoption of features.
