A leading outsourcing company in Dubai seeks a Customer Success Associate (Arabic Speakers) to lead client onboarding and enhance customer satisfaction within the SaaS sector. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong problem-solving skills. The position offers a contract with a salary ranging from AED 7000 to AED 7500.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding process for restaurant partners, ensuring timely and accurate menu configuration, integration setup, and go-live execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Integration Team and Technical Account Managers to understand client requirements, resolve product-related queries, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, capturing restaurant needs, pain points, and feedback to inform product enhancements.
  • Provide structured insights to the Product team to support continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Customer Service and Product & Engineering teams to ensure swift resolution of issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Relationship Management, preferably within SaaS or the F&B tech industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
