About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional Customer Service and Chat Support Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, and messages with exceptional communication skills and a strong customer focused approach. The role requires someone who can maintain a positive tone, provide accurate information, and manage customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality customer service through calls, chats, and digital platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Handle customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a calm and solution oriented manner.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all interactions in the system.
  • Work closely with the operations team to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure timely responses and maintain service level standards.
Requirements
  • Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing with a professional and fluent tone.
  • Arabic language
