We are looking for a skilled CRM Administrator to join our team as part of our Emiratisation initiative. This role is exclusively open to Emirati nationals, offering the opportunity to lead the management, configuration, and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system while collaborating across departments to drive business success.

Job Summary

Manage the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and optimization of our CRM platform. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate data capture, streamlined processes, and actionable insights that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure workflows, automation tools, and dashboards to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to enhance customer lifecycle workflows.
  • Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity across the CRM.
  • Provide training and first‑level support for CRM users.
  • Integrate CRM with other platforms (ERP, email marketing, property portals).
  • Monitor system updates and apply enhancements where needed.
Requirements
  • UAE National (Emirati) – as part of Emiratisation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or CRM administration.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM configuration, automation, and reporting.
  • Understanding of property sales and leasing processes is an advantage.
