Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive professional to manage and optimize our Salesforce CRM system for inventory management. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and coordination of property inventory to support sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain property inventory data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Track sales progress, availability, and allocation of properties.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory status, sales trends, and CRM insights for management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to update CRM data and support business decisions.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in inventory processes and propose improvements.
  • Assist in Salesforce CRM customization, configuration, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Support the adoption and training of teams on CRM inventory functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures in inventory management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation.
