Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to manage accounts receivable, monitor customer payments, and ensure timely collection for our travel and tourism operations in Dubai. The role is ideal for candidates looking for Credit Controller jobs in Dubai, Accounts Receivable Officer UAE, or Travel Finance roles.

The Credit Controller will help maintain healthy cash flow, reconcile accounts, and strengthen client relationships through efficient credit management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor accounts receivable for clients, travel agencies, and corporate accounts
  • Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up on overdue invoices
  • Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and payment reminders
  • Reconcile client accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients for payment settlements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting for management
  • Support month-end and year-end account reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable Officer, or Finance Executive
  • Strong knowledge of credit management, invoicing, and account reconciliation
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in travel or tourism industry accounting preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations
  • Previous experience in travel agencies, airlines, or tourism companies in Dubai
