• Provide full support by reviewing and processing finance applications.
• Examine credit applications for completeness and timeliness.
• Analyze bank statements for genuineness and financial continuity.
• Check customers' status using de-dupes/CBRB.
• Meet daily targets while reducing errors.
• Escalate cases requiring higher decision powers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and policies.

Job description

Role : Credit Analyst - Home Finance

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose: Provide full support to branches and DSUs by reviewing and processing proposed finance applications in a timely fashion and within approved polices.

Key Accountabilities

• Examining credit Application for completeness and timeliness of information noting exceptions for correction.
  • Preparation of error free credit docs
  • Vigilance in applying de-dupes
  • Observing agreed TAT.
  • Compliance policies and satisfactory RiskRating.
• Analyze Bank Statements so as assess its genuineness continuity business turnovers cheque returns average balances and to observe if there is any chance of artificial fabrication of such statements.
• Analyze applicants financial statements and comment on its findings (where required).
• Check customers status through de-dupes/CBRB.
• Meeting the minimum daily targets assigned by management while maintaining the lowest level of errors as measured by the score card.
• Escalate cases requiring higher DP with full analysis and recommendations to facilitate their decision making.
• Demonstrate full and up to date knowledge of ADIBs products policies and procedures.
• Proactively and continually make and recommend system changes and enhancements alsoensure that all procedures and policies are implemented and being followed in compliance with organization.
• Demonstrate full team spirit and positive attitude.
• Perform any other responsibilities entrusted by ADIB Management from time to time and any other task assigned by Management.
