Overview

Our Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand team is responsible for conveying the essence of Emirates Group. Our team is pivotal in representing the attitudes, beliefs and goals of our organisation across the globe, both internally and with our customers alike!

The role of the Creative Studio Manager will manage the flow of marketing and communications projects within the creative services function whilst supporting an agency-like, high-performance team culture. They will be responsible for effectively managing the internal and external resources to facilitate the flow of work through the Creative Services Team to ensure that work is produced on time and adheres to corporate standards. This includes oversight of the production and when applicable the installation of any physical output required from the team.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Review, validate, and plan stakeholder briefs, ensuring clarity, strategic alignment, and proactive forecasting of upcoming activities to maintain operational readiness.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, prioritise activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Oversee workflows from initiation to delivery, ensuring consistent communication and expectation management with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing solutions that safeguard project continuity, reduce delays, and enhance team efficiency.
  • Optimise resource allocation and designer utilisation, ensuring workloads are balanced, skills are matched appropriately to tasks, and creative time is used effectively to maximise productivity.
  • Oversee the production and installation of printed and physical materials, ensuring all outputs meet brief requirements, adhere to Emirates brand and quality standards, and deliver a cost effective, high quality result.
  • Drive continuous improvement, analysing workflows and collaborating with CCM&B Digital technology team to enhance tracking, storage, archival systems, and integrate AI enabled solutions that increase efficiency and content reuse.
  • Monitor progress and provide timely reporting on key deliverables ensuring accountability and visibility across all supported business units. Provide guidance to the design team to support their development and foster a high-performance team culture.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • A completed Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration or Media Communication
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in agency studio management - Proven experience in agency studio management, creative operations, or traffic management.
  • A Project Management Qualification is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end to end creative production workflows across design, print, audio, and video.
  • Strong understanding of creative production processes, workflow management, and resource planning.
  • Advanced proficiency with Apple hardware and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Technical knowledge of print production, event graphics, exhibition stand build and installation.
  • Experience with marketing services planning, execution, and workflow optimisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision making skills.
  • Ability to navigate time sensitive demands with sound judgement, diplomacy, and operational discipline.
