About the Role

The Creative Strategist is entrusted with shaping the vision and strategy behind high‑impact campaigns, branding and experiential activations. This role translates insights and research into actionable creative briefs, ensuring every project is both innovative and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of creative strategies for integrated campaigns, branding and event activations
  • Conduct market research, audience profiling and competitive analysis to inform strategy
  • Translate insights into clear actionable briefs for creative design and content teams
  • Collaborate with creative account management and production teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution
  • Present strategic recommendations and creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support new business pitches and proposal development with strategic input
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, digital innovation and cultural insights relevant to the agency's work
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing Communications, Advertising or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years experience in creative strategy, brand planning or related roles within agency or brand environments
  • Strong track record of developing successful strategies for leading brands and campaigns
  • Excellent analytical, research and storytelling skills

  • Experience with digital, social and experiential marketing
