Job Purpose:
To lead and grow our TIC operations in the UAE, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and profitability within the minerals/coal sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and retain key clients in the minerals/coal sector.
• Manage full P&L, ensuring revenue targets and timely collections.
• Oversee lab operations, ensuring 100% compliance with SOPs and fast turnaround.
• Ensure safety, statutory compliance, and adherence to ISO/internal standards.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. / B.E. in Science or Engineering.
• Experience: Min. 10 years in the TIC industry, with exposure to minerals/coal.
• Skills: Strong commercial acumen, client management, team leadership, and knowledge of UAE regulations.
