Job summary

A leading global consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Cost Manager to join their Real Estate team. This role involves supporting Commission Managers, ensuring excellent service delivery, and managing cost from pre-contracting to construction completion. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in cost management within the Real Estate sector, a degree in Quantity Surveying, and knowledge of CostX. This position is full-time and does not support remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry and technical matters.
• In-country (UAE) experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commission Managers with allocated tasks.
• Provide excellent service delivery to clients.
• Ensure client objectives are met from pre-contract to completion.
