The Company

Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to appoint a Corporate Restructuring Senior Manager to their Dubai, UAE office.

The Role

• Review and agree actions required with the client / stakeholders and agree implementation plans
• Solve complex problems and illustrate benefits of the implementation plan to potential investors
• Recognise and deal with the complex implications of the restructuring (i.e. tax and cross border issues) utilising the Firm’s internal network of professionals
• Liaising with investment managers, administrators, lawyers, and regulatory bodies
• Staff management and team performance
• Business development and practice development

The Candidate

• Degree educated
• Fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA / JIEB or equivalent
• Considerable Corporate Restructuring and Financial Advisory experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to get buy-in to restructuring plans
• Ability to lead and empower team members
