Overview
The Contract Manager – Hard Services is responsible for managing, reviewing, and renewing hard services contracts to ensure compliance, clarity, and alignment with actual operational requirements. The role focuses on contract optimization, measurable performance outcomes, and effective contract governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the renewal of Hard Services contracts (including EFS Hard Services and similar contracts).
- Review existing contracts in detail to ensure full understanding of scope, obligations, and risks.
- Identify and eliminate duplicated, ambiguous, or unnecessary clauses and terms to improve contract clarity and enforceability.
- Review, analyze, and update the BoQ to align with actual site and operational requirements.
- Ensure all contract items, deliverables, and service requirements are clearly defined and measurable.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Legal) to validate scope and performance expectations.
- Review existing Contract PPMS / KPIs and update them to accurately reflect current operational realities and service levels.
- Ensure contracts are commercially balanced, operationally practical, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Support negotiations with service providers where required to achieve optimal commercial and performance outcomes.
- Maintain proper contract documentation, version control, and approvals.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in contract management or commercial roles within Facilities Management, construction, or hard services.
- Experience working with BoQs, KPIs, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
