About the Client

Role Overview

The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing contract documentation ensuring compliance and supporting the execution of contractual obligations. This role focuses on accurate record-keeping, timely processing and coordination between stakeholders to maintain smooth contract administration and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements.
  • Manage claims, variations and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
  • Provide contractual advice to project teams.
  • Implement contract management systems and best practices.
  • Monitor contract performance and identify risks or deviations early.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel on complex contractual issues and litigation.
  • Prepare detailed reports on contractual status, risks and recommendations.
  • Support tendering and bid evaluation processes from a contractual perspective.
  • Ensure adherence to FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
  • Lead training sessions for project teams on contract compliance and risk management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in contract administration or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and record‑keeping skills.
