Native English Speaker with Minimum 3+ years of professional English content writing experience within retail banking, digital banking, fintech, or B2C financial services and Content Management Systems (CMCs).

Strong understanding of banking products & services:

• Accounts
• Loans
• Credit Cards
• Islamic Banking
• Investments
• Digital Banking Platforms

Proven experience writing banking website content, including:

• Home Page
• Product Pages
• Informational Pages
• Customer Education Content
• FAQs

UX writing / microcopy experience (CTAs, forms, validation messages, error messages).

Ability to write clear, persuasive, accurate, and regulation‑compliant content.

Strong capability to translate complex banking concepts into simple, user‑friendly language.

Ability to align content with:

• Brand tone & guidelines
• UX & customer journey best practices
• SEO standards

Experience collaborating with marketing, product, UX, and compliance/legal teams.

Ability to ensure consistency between English and Arabic content across digital channels.

Strong research, fact‑checking, editing, and proofreading skills.

High attention to detail, especially for regulated financial content.

Ability to manage timelines, handle feedback, and work efficiently with revisions.

Preferred / Good to Have

Experience working with Tridion CMS or similar platforms.
