An international coffee company is seeking a creative Content Designer to join their MENA Digital Customer Experience & Content team. This role involves translating campaign briefs into memorable digital content and contributing to a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of content design experience and be skilled in creating various media types. A solid understanding of digital tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
We are looking for a creative and ambitious Content Designer to join the Starbucks MENA Digital Customer Experience & Content team. The ideal candidate will be able to translate campaign briefs into eye‑catching and memorable digital content that will appeal to our audience and help us to stand out from our competitors.
The Content Designer reports into the UX Manager and sits alongside other specialist roles in the Customer Experience & Content team, including Digital Commerce, SEO, and CMS. The UX Manager is responsible for creating outstanding, commercially‑focused user experiences across all of our platforms, and the Content Designer will play a key role in supporting him/her. The Content Designer will be expected to draw on their own experience to contribute towards the personal development of others, and ensure that this team becomes a high‑performing part of our organization.
The Content Designer will demonstrate a strong appetite to learn and develop their skills as digital tools, techniques and best practices evolve, and he/she will look to other brands for inspiration. He/she should also be capable of providing guidance and education for fellow marketers and for stakeholders in the wider business — including those in more senior positions. He/she will act as an ambassador for Marketing at Starbucks and support our drive to be recognised as a centre of excellence within the Starbucks world, and to become an award‑winning team within our region and industry.
