Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions through physical exams and diagnostic imaging.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans, prioritizing patient safety and recovery.
  • Perform advanced surgical procedures, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic surgeries with precision and care.
  • Manage postoperative follow-up and rehabilitation to ensure optimal healing and recovery for all patients.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and ensure coordinated treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures, recovery, and preventive care practices.
  • Stay informed on current trends and advancements in orthopedic surgery to enhance clinical practice.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of a residency program in Orthopaedic Surgery.
  • Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery.
  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in orthopedic surgery.
  • Proficient in a variety of orthopedic surgical techniques.
  • Strong understanding of musculoskeletal disorders and their management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
