A regional contracting firm in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Safety Worden to ensure the health and safety of all employees on-site. The candidate will conduct safety inspections, develop and implement safety programs, and provide training. Essential qualifications include a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, and fluency in Arabic and English. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a safety role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes and implement actions.
• Maintain accurate safety records and prepare reports on safety performance.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site.
• Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and implement safety improvements.
• Promote a proactive safety culture among employees.
