Construction Manager vacancy in Ar-Ruwais. We are currently hiring a Construction Manager for our company in Ar-Ruwais. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and timelines, and monitor progress throughout the construction process
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project designs are feasible and meet regulatory requirements
• Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes throughout the construction process
• Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are kept within approved limits
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Hire and manage on-site staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
