Construction Manager (Part-Time) – El-Ain, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Construction Manager to join our team in El-Ain, United Arab Emirates. This is a part‑time role that does not require any prior experience. Applicants must hold their own visa. Preference will be given to applicants of African nationality or those who are able to speak English fluently.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Construction Manager will oversee construction projects from start to finish and ensure all tasks are completed within the specified timeline and budget. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of construction processes, procedures, codes, regulations, and standards; strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; and outstanding communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Developing detailed plans for construction projects according to specifications provided by clients.
  • Monitoring progress regularly to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project during all stages of the construction process.
  • Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed by workers at all times.
  • Analyzing blueprints and other documents to determine any potential issues with the project prior to construction beginning.
  • Managing finances for each project by preparing cost estimates and tracking expenses.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers or subcontractors as necessary.
  • Keeping accurate records of all activities related to the construction project.
  • Adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards throughout all stages of the construction process.
