Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored for community channels (Telegram, Discord, Reddit)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Content, Regional) to ensure seamless campaign delivery
• Host and moderate AMAs, webinars, and virtual events to educate and engage our community
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand community reach and engagement metrics
• Create campaign-specific content and coordinate community activations
• Build relationships with KOLs, ambassadors, and power users to amplify campaign impact
• Track campaign performance and community sentiment to optimize future initiatives
• Manage event calendars and coordinate community participation in global campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in community management
• Crypto and crypto trading knowledge, strong interest, and passion for cryptocurrencies
• Knowledge of Telegram, Discord, and Reddit tools
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Ability to work well independently and as a member of a highly integrated and diverse team
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage conflict
