Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Pastry Chef.
• Proven ability to work with a team and to follow instruction.
• Experience multi-tasking and working in an environment with high standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent great pastry and dessert production in line with the high‑quality standards expected.
• Prepare all mis‑en‑place for all relevant pastry and dessert menus.
• Comply with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation.
