Black & Grey HR is supporting a UAE based service platform with multiple strategic stakeholders to appoint a Commercial Director.

This role owns commercial expansion, partnership strategy, and sustainable growth across a portfolio of services within a structured governance environment. Further details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver the growth strategy across core and adjacent service lines
  • Identify new revenue channels through partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem expansion
  • Build synergies across internal stakeholders, related entities, and third party operators
  • Own governance across performance, KPIs, and commercial commitments
  • Support senior stakeholder forums with decision ready insights and recommendations
  • Ensure strong commercial controls across contracting, risk, compliance, and value protection
  • Work closely with Legal and Finance on commercial models, contracting, and negotiations
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across multiple parties with competing priorities
Requirements
  • 10 + years in commercial leadership roles in the UAE
  • Strong experience in growth, partnerships, and scaling service based revenue
  • Proven stakeholder management with senior decision makers
  • Strong commercial judgement across financial analysis, pricing logic, contracting, and risk
  • Comfortable operating in structured governance environments
  • Clear communicator with presence, maturity, and execution discipline
