The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and experience in luxury tower and hospitality projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Eng. or related field.
• Experience in high-end luxury tower projects, master community, and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing commercial and contractual audits of construction projects.
• Audit tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project budgets vs actual spends and ensure compliance.
