Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a manufacturing position in Abu Dhabi. Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with CNC Lathes or Milling operations, along with a strong mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities include operating CNC machines, interpreting engineering drawings, and performing quality checks. Candidates must possess an ITI/Diploma or high school graduation with 2-3 years experience. Strong attention to detail and good English communication skills are also required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Load parts, operate controls, set offsets, perform deburring & inspection
• Interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and specifications
• Measure and mark workpiece dimensions to ensure precision
• Detect & report equipment or machining issues
• Maintain cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance
• Follow Safety, Environmental, ISO & API procedures
• Support the team with additional tasks when required

Qualifications & Skills

• ITI/Diploma in relevant trade or High School Graduate
• 2–3 years’ experience in manufacturing (Oil & Gas preferred)
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments
• Ability to read drawings & understand tolerances
• Mechanically inclined, strong attention to detail
• Good English communication skills
• Able to work independently or in a team
