Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate reservation activities for multiple properties within the cluster
  • Supervise and train reservation team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Analyze booking trends and occupancy data to optimize revenue management strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and revenue management teams to develop and implement effective pricing and promotional strategies
  • Handle complex reservation inquiries, special requests and VIP bookings
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations across all channels
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service within the reservation department
  • Generate and analyze reports on reservation performance and key metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the reservation department
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations or related field with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • In‑depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
