A leading hospitality company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dedicated Reservations Agent to manage individual and group bookings effectively. You will respond to inquiries, ensure accurate reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in reservation management and knowledge of relevant systems. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.
Process individual and group reservations across multiple properties accurately and efficiently.
Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and travel agents.
Modify, cancel, or update reservations in the Property Management System (PMS) as requested.
Ensure all bookings are recorded with correct guest details, payment methods, rate codes, and special requests.
Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to all guests and partners.
Recommend suitable rooms, packages, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
Maintain a strong understanding of each property’s features, services, and room types to ensure accurate guest guidance.
Handle special requests such as VIP arrangements, group bookings, and room block management.
Minimum 1 year as a Reservations Agent
Knowledge of Accor Distribution and Reservation systems is preferable
