Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Neuro Psychologist to join one of our reputed hospitals in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who have completed their clinical training and are looking to advance their career in neuro‑psychological research, specialized clinical practice, or academic instruction. The successful candidate will apply advanced knowledge of brain‑behavior relationships to assess, diagnose, and treat complex neurological and psychological conditions, while also contributing to research and education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Practice
  • Conduct advanced neuropsychological assessments for patients with complex neurological, developmental, or psychiatric conditions.
  • Interpret neuropsychological data and integrate findings with medical and psychosocial information.
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including cognitive rehabilitation and psychotherapy.
  • Provide expert consultation to medical teams, educators, and caregivers regarding patient care and cognitive functioning.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Research & Academic Contributions
  • Design and conduct research studies focused on brain‑behavior relationships, cognitive rehabilitation, or neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals and present at professional conferences.
  • Mentor junior clinicians, interns, and research assistants.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions to develop neuropsychology curricula and training programs.
Professional Development & Advocacy
  • Stay current with advancements in neuropsychology through continuing education and professional affiliations.
  • Advocate for patients with cognitive impairments in healthcare, educational, and occupational settings.
  • Participate in policy development and program evaluation related to neuropsychological services.
