Qualifications

• UAE National (Emiratisation role).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare or wellbeing clinic environment.
• Experience in patient coordination or front office management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations.
• Assist in onboarding new staff and ensure workspace readiness.
• Act as point of contact for internal communication.
