Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Abu Dhabi seeks a Client Accounting Supervisor to ensure the financial health and compliance of clients. Responsibilities include managing tax and accounting requirements, interacting with clients, and maintaining financial records. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Finance, relevant certification, and at least two years of experience in an accounting firm, including exposure to UAE and Saudi Arabia tax systems. This role demands a strong grasp of accounting principles and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in an accounting firm.
• At least 1 year of accounting or tax experience in the UAE.
• 1+ years of experience with Saudi Arabia Tax and Accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Interact proactively with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
• Stay updated with current tax laws and regulations.
• Manage bookkeeping activities including Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Calculate taxes owed according to relevant tax codes and regulations.
• Review and analyze financial records to understand clients' positions.
• Verify the accuracy of historical tax returns to ensure compliance.
• Address and resolve client complaints professionally.
• Use electronic tax filing software to prepare and submit tax returns.
• Regularly update financial trackers and prepare summary reports.
