Job summary

A leading contracting firm in Dubai is seeking a dependable Civil Storekeeper to manage the receipt, issuance, and storage of civil construction materials. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the site team by ensuring timely and accurate inventory handling. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in inventory management and 2-4 years of relevant experience in civil contracting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a storekeeper in civil contracting firms.
• Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and consumables.
• Computer literacy in inventory software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect civil-related materials on delivery.
• Maintain proper storage and stacking of items to avoid damage.
• Issue materials based on site requisitions and approvals.
• Update stock register, bin cards, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams on deliveries and shortages.
• Prepare GRNs and support internal audits and reconciliations.
